but back to the west. 104 in dallas, 105 in little rock. 105 in denver. that is the all time highest temperature ever recorded in the city of denver. that is not helping with the fire situation. they have four days in a row with temperatures above triple digits and dealing with more than a dozen fires in that region. one in the colorado springs area. they have had to shut down garden of the gods park and portions of pike's peak as a result of the fire. the heat down to the south will build our way but it will take time. we have nice weather coming in for tomorrow with abundant sunshine. stays nice on wednesday. we get warm again but the humidity will stay low and that will make things nice. tuesday and wednesday look great and the heat builds our way. tomorrow morning a great start, temperatures 50 to 60 degrees. 50 in some of the coolest areas. tomorrow afternoon, 79 to 84, just fantastic. a bit breezy with winds gusting to 25 miles an hour. and here comes the heat again. 93 on thursday. that's not too bad. but 98 on friday, 99 on saturday, 96 on sunday.
